Your Production Partner Beyond Machine Delivery
Every hour of downtime costs you money. That is why our technical support for SMT and automation equipment covers every machine with real engineers, original spare parts and a remote diagnosis process built for speed — wherever your factory is. First reply within 12 working hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–23:00 UTC+8), most faults diagnosed the same day over video, and support that does not expire when the warranty does. Line-down emergencies go through WhatsApp, which we monitor 24/7.
Emergency
Do not wait for the request form. Send the alarm photo and your machine model on WhatsApp — it goes straight to an engineer, not into a queue.
WhatsApp is monitored 24/7 for line-down emergencies — photos and videos welcome. Or email [email protected] with “line down” in the subject line. First reply within 12 working hours; most faults are diagnosed the same day, and remote diagnosis costs you nothing.

Machine Lifecycle Support
Every machine we sell comes with a structured support path. You are never left alone after delivery.
Guided installation and commissioning with English documentation and engineer assistance.
Process parameters configured for your products, materials and production requirements.
Hands-on training for operators and maintenance staff, backed by video tutorials.
Fine-tuning of cycle time, accuracy and yield as your production ramps up.
Ongoing remote diagnosis, spare parts supply and process consulting for the machine’s entire life.
Operator training during installation & commissioningRemote Technical Support Process
A clear, fast process designed to get your production line back up — usually within hours.
Send machine model, symptom and photos or video via the support form, WhatsApp or email.
An engineer analyzes the symptoms, alarm codes and parameters to isolate the root cause.
A live video session guides your team through inspection, adjustment or part replacement.
Test runs verify the fix; preventive recommendations are documented for your team.
Your line returns to stable production, with follow-up to confirm long-term stability.
Troubleshooting Knowledge Center
Solve common issues yourself in minutes — or use these answers to prepare for a faster support session.
Work through this in order, and compare the live settings against the recipe stored in the machine program for that product before changing anything: 1) re-teach the fiducial marks; 2) check the camera lens and the lighting mode for that board finish; 3) compare the mark-search window and threshold with the recipe. If the marks still fail, send us the recipe screenshot and a photo of the board — most mark recognition issues are solved in one video session, free of charge.
Daily: clean the stencil and squeegees after each shift. Weekly: inspect the vision system lens and clean the underside wiping mechanism. Monthly: lubricate guide rails and check squeegee pressure calibration. A complete preventive maintenance checklist is provided with every machine — see also our Maintenance Guide.
Work through this in order: 1) clean or replace the needle and valve; 2) check the material temperature against the specification on the adhesive datasheet you are using; 3) re-run needle offset calibration; 4) compare the dispensing program with the recipe for that product. If accuracy is still drifting, send us the dispensing program and a photo of the deposit — our engineers can guide recalibration remotely.
Follow a preventive maintenance schedule, keep critical spare parts in stock, train operators on first-level troubleshooting, and use remote diagnosis for fast fault isolation. Our customers typically recover production within hours because most issues are diagnosed remotely.
Original JHIMS spare parts ship with part numbers listed in the machine manual. Each part comes with replacement instructions, and engineers provide step-by-step video guidance during replacement. A starter spare parts kit is recommended with every machine.
Through remote video diagnosis, online machine debugging, English documentation, operation video tutorials and fast international spare parts shipping. For complex projects, on-site engineering service can be arranged. Support covers Asia, Europe, America and the Middle East.
Unstable printing is usually a process parameter issue, not a machine fault — but do not change parameters at random. Compare these five against the recipe stored in your printer program for that product: 1) squeegee pressure; 2) print speed; 3) stencil tension and underside cleaning; 4) solder paste temperature and working life; 5) board support and vacuum. Restore the recipe values first, then change one parameter at a time and re-measure. Send us the recipe screenshot, the paste datasheet and a photo of the printed board — our engineers review parameters remotely at no charge.
Common causes, in the order worth checking: 1) track contamination or debris; 2) vibration amplitude compared with the value recorded for that part in your feeder setup; 3) worn bowl surface coating; 4) a change in part geometry or batch. Clean the track, inspect the coating, then re-set the amplitude from the recorded value. If feeding is still inconsistent, send us the part drawing or a sample — we evaluate parts and optimize feeder tooling.
Screw jams usually come from mixed screw sizes, damaged screws, worn feed rails, or incorrect rail gap adjustment. Sort the screw supply, clean the feed track and verify the rail gap against your screw specification. Rail adjustment guides and remote video support are available.
Routine requests get an engineer’s first reply within 12 working hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–23:00 China Standard Time, UTC+8). Line-down emergencies are handled 24/7 through WhatsApp. Remote diagnosis by video call or remote desktop is at no charge.
Yes. Training covers machine operation, parameter setup, daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting. It is delivered during commissioning and reinforced with English video tutorials, so new operators can be trained at any time.
Machine model and serial number, a description of the symptom, photos or a short video, any alarm or error codes, and recent parameter changes. With this information our engineers can usually identify the root cause in the first remote session.
Yes — spare parts support is maintained for legacy equipment. Provide your machine model and serial number and our team will confirm availability, compatible replacements and lead time. Long-term parts availability is part of our lifecycle support commitment.
