This policy explains how order changes, cancellations, delivery problems, returns and refunds are handled for equipment bought from Shenzhen Jinghe Technology Co., Ltd. through this website, by quotation or by signed contract.
It works together with our Warranty Policy. If a signed contract, a purchase agreement or an accepted proforma invoice states different terms, that document prevails over this policy.
Images, drawings, videos and specifications on this website are for illustration and general guidance. The agreed specification is the one written in your contract or proforma invoice.
Submitting an enquiry, a form or a website chat message does not create a binding order, and no obligation arises from it for either side.
An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing (order confirmation or proforma invoice) and the agreed deposit has been received.
Quotations are based on the specification listed in the quotation and on material and freight costs at the date of issue. Unless the quotation states otherwise, it is valid for 30 days.
We may correct obvious errors in a quotation, in a web page or in a price list, and we will tell you before an order is confirmed.
Configuration changes — voltage, plug type, feeder mix, tooling or shipping details — are made at no extra charge while the machine has not entered production. Tell us as early as possible.
After production starts, changes may still be possible, but they can affect price and lead time. We quote the difference in writing before any work continues.
Cancellation before production starts: the deposit is refunded in full, less any bank charges actually incurred.
Cancellation after production starts: the deposit is non-refundable. Work already completed — engineering, procurement, machining, assembly — is charged according to the hours recorded in the project schedule, and any amount already paid above the completed work is returned.
Custom-built, private-label or line-integrated equipment cannot be canceled once production has started. The only exception is a delay that we cause and do not cure within 30 days after your written notice, in which case the deposit is refunded in full.
A delay caused by force majeure, by missing customer information, by late site readiness, by customer-supplied equipment or by transport disruption is not a delay that we cause.
Delivery terms follow the Incoterms stated in the contract or proforma invoice. Where none is stated, the goods are sold FOB Shenzhen.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer according to those terms. Title to the equipment passes to the buyer only when the agreed price has been paid in full.
Where the buyer delays payment or collection, we may store the equipment at the buyer’s cost and charge reasonable storage.
Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt where possible, and note any visible damage on the carrier’s document.
Signing the delivery receipt without any remark is treated as evidence that the packaging and the machine arrived in good external condition. It does not remove your right to report a hidden defect later under this policy.
Report damage, shortage or a wrong item to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, with the serial number, photos of the packaging and the machine, and the packing list.
We arrange replacement parts, repair or a replacement unit depending on the finding. The carrier or insurance claim is filed by us; the buyer only needs to provide the photos and keep the packing list.
Please keep the original packaging until commissioning is complete. It is required for any return shipment.
If the machine cannot be commissioned because of a fault in material or workmanship:
During the 12-month complete-machine warranty, 15 months for key core components and 6 months for refurbished equipment, the remedy is repair or replacement of the faulty part — not a refund.
Parts and labor are free inside the warranty. The buyer covers international travel and accommodation for optional on-site service, as stated in the Warranty Policy.
We may ask you to return a faulty part for inspection. Return freight of a part confirmed as defective is at our cost.
We accept a return only when all of the following are true:
Return conditions: original packaging, no unauthorised repair or modification, complete accessories, and a serial number matching our records. Goods returned without an RMA number may be refused or held at the sender’s cost.
The buyer is responsible for the following. Faults and losses caused by them are not covered by warranty, return or refund:
Our liability under a contract is limited to the invoiced value of the equipment concerned.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of production, loss of profit, loss of contracts, loss of data, or cost of substitute equipment, downtime or third-party claims, whether or not we were informed of the possibility.
We are not liable for faults or losses caused by the buyer’s site conditions, utilities, operation, maintenance, modification or third-party parts, or by events of force majeure.
Nothing in this policy limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for wilful misconduct.
We keep spare parts for the models we manufacture and sell, and we will confirm current availability and lead time for any part on request.
If a part is discontinued, we offer the closest available equivalent or the upgrade path that we can support, and we tell you the difference in writing before you order.
Software updates and parameter files for the models we sell are provided through our technical support channels.
Neither party is liable for a delay or failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government action, export or import restrictions, sanctions, power or network failure, port congestion or a carrier’s failure.
The affected party informs the other in writing without undue delay. Lead times and delivery dates are extended by the duration of the event.
If the event continues for more than 90 days, either party may terminate the affected order by written notice, and payments are settled for the work actually performed.
Email [email protected] with the order or contract number, machine model, serial number, a short description of the problem, photos or a short video, and your preferred contact channel — email or WhatsApp.
We acknowledge within 3 business days and give a first technical answer within 7 business days. Line-down cases are handled with priority.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory law in your own country.
Our equipment is normally sold to businesses. Where a sale is a consumer sale, mandatory consumer-protection rules prevail over the parts of this policy that conflict with them.
This policy and any contract for the sale of equipment are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The parties first try to settle a dispute by negotiation within 30 days. If no settlement is reached, the dispute is submitted to the competent court at the seller’s place of business in Shenzhen, China.
Before starting a formal dispute, both parties agree to exchange the technical facts and inspection records, because most equipment issues are solved this way.
A signed contract, these pages and the Warranty Policy together form the entire agreement on returns and refunds, and replace earlier statements on the same subject.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force, and the unenforceable provision is replaced by the closest enforceable one that reflects the original intent.
Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of that provision.
This policy is published in English and Chinese. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
No. Equipment is built or configured for your order. Returns are accepted for confirmed defects in material or workmanship, under the process in §8 — not for a change of mind.
The party responsible for the fault. If our engineers confirm a defect, we bear it; if the cause is on the buyer’s side, the buyer bears it. Original outbound freight and duties are not refunded.
Note it on the carrier’s document, send photos and the packing list within 7 days, and we file the insurance claim and ship replacement parts.
No restocking fee is charged when the conditions in §8 are met.
Before production starts, yes — in full, less bank charges actually incurred. After production starts, the deposit covers completed work as set out in §3.
