Founder & CEO
Jinghe Technology was founded in Shenzhen in 2012 by Xie Xuehua and fellow automation engineers. Xie Xuehua has been in the SMT and PCB industry since 2006, and the company grew out of that shop-floor experience.
The problem he kept seeing: factories paying brand-premium prices for machines built from the same THK rails, Panasonic servos and SMC pneumatics. So we set out to deliver the same quality, built in Shenzhen, at a fair price.
The first product came out of a customer’s pain — LED lens feeding. Their lens feeders jammed, scratched the lenses, spun them the wrong way and fed unstably, so production fell back to manual trays that could not keep up. We rebuilt the machine problem by problem — orientation, feed rate, jam recovery, lens protection. That work became the DPS-2 lens vibratory feeder, and it is still how we work: improve the machine until your process runs.
Today our engineering team covers mechanical design, electrical and software development in-house — and the engineers who build your machine are the engineers who support it.

Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes — and we encourage it. Visit our Shenzhen facility, see your machine being built, meet the engineering team and witness a live production test. We provide invitation letters for visa applications. Contact us to schedule a visit.
What warranty do you provide?
Every machine includes a 12-month comprehensive warranty covering all mechanical, electrical and electronic components. Extended warranty options are available. Spare parts and remote support continue for the machine’s entire working life — well beyond the warranty period.
How do you ensure quality before shipping?
Five-stage process: incoming component inspection → in-process QC checks → full electrical safety test → continuous run test with your production parameters → final 120+ checkpoint inspection. You receive a signed test report before the machine ships.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. JHIMS provides on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training by JHIMS certified engineers — on-site service is available at a charge. Remote video training, documentation support and professional technical guidance are provided free of charge.
How do you handle spare parts for older machines?
We maintain spare parts support for legacy equipment. In-stock parts ship within 48 hours. Provide your machine model and serial number — our team confirms availability and compatible replacements. A starter spare parts kit is recommended with every purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
Standard payment terms: 70% T/T deposit with the order, 30% T/T before shipment. Existing customers may use L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Our export team guides you through the documentation process.
How long from order to delivery?
Standard machines typically ship within 30–45 days from order confirmation. Custom configurations may take 45–60 days depending on complexity. We provide a confirmed production schedule with your order, and you receive weekly progress updates.
What if something goes wrong after installation?
Contact us via WhatsApp with photos or a short video of the issue. An engineer responds within 12 working hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–23:00 China Standard Time, UTC+8) — most faults are diagnosed in the first video session. If a part is needed, we ship the replacement right away. We stay on the case until your production is stable again.
Can you supply my entire production line, not just one machine?
Yes — that is exactly what our one-stop model is designed for. We can equip your entire SMT line: printer, dispenser, pick-and-place, reflow oven, inspection systems — plus spare parts and consumables. One purchase order, one warranty framework, one support team. If there is a machine type we do not manufacture, we source it through our distribution network under the same accountability.
What happens if I need a machine type you do not make yourselves?
We source it through our distribution partnerships — but with a critical difference: the warranty, support and after-sales responsibility still run through us, not through an unfamiliar third party. You get the machine you need without adding another vendor to manage.
