03

What we collect and why

Information you give us through forms.

Our only enquiry form is on the contact page. It collects company name, country, your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, job title (optional), machine model (optional), serial number (optional) and your message.

  • Why: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and provide technical or after-sales support.
  • Legal basis where GDPR applies: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
  • Required fields are marked with an asterisk. We do not collect more than we need to answer you.

Information created when you use the site.

  • Server and security logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp — kept by Cloudflare and our hosting infrastructure for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
  • Language preference, so the site can return you to Chinese or English.
  • Local browser storage used by the site for the same purpose.

Orders and after-sales.

If you place an order we process the data needed to fulfil it: contact person, delivery address, shipping documents, payment records, warranty and service history.

Payment card data is handled by your bank or payment provider. We do not store card numbers.

04

Cookies and third-party embeds

We keep cookies to a minimum and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.

  • Strictly necessary and functional: session and cart cookies from our store component when you use the shop, and the language preference of our bilingual site.
  • Security: Cloudflare cookies that protect the site from abuse and automated attacks.
  • Video embeds: pages that show a YouTube video load it in privacy-enhanced mode, so no YouTube cookie is set until you press play.
  • Messaging buttons: our floating WhatsApp, Telegram and Microsoft Teams buttons are links that open the respective app or service. We do not receive data from those services unless you contact us through them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking functional cookies may affect the shop and the language switcher.

05

Who we share data with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that host the website, deliver email and protect the site, acting on our instructions.
  • Logistics and installation partners, when needed to ship equipment or arrange on-site service.
  • Professional advisers — accountants, auditors, insurers and lawyers — where necessary for our business records or a claim.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or transfer of business assets, in which case the information stays protected on the same terms.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build marketing profiles.

06

International transfers

We operate from China and serve customers worldwide, so enquiry and order data may be processed outside your country.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, and we limit transfers to what is necessary to respond to you or to perform a contract.

You may ask us for information about the safeguards that apply to your data by writing to [email protected].

07

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that do not become an order: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Orders, warranty and service records: for the warranty period, and afterwards as long as legal, tax and accounting obligations require.
  • Server and security logs: a short retention window set by our infrastructure provider.
  • Messages you send us by email or messaging app: as long as needed to handle your enquiry or order, then deleted.

When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymise the data. Backup copies are removed in the next backup cycle.

08

Your rights

Subject to your local law — for example GDPR and UK GDPR, or CCPA and CPRA in California — you may ask us to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, or provide it in a portable format.

California residents may also request disclosure of the categories of information collected and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA.

To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request. We answer within the period required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

09

Security

We take technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS across the site, restricted administrative access, two-factor authentication for our own accounts, and prompt installation of security updates.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we act quickly if an incident affects your data and we notify you and the competent authority where the law requires it.

10

Marketing messages

We use your contact details to answer your enquiry, to quote and to support the equipment you bought. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quotation.

If we send you product news, you can stop it at any time by replying to the message or writing to [email protected]. Transactional and service messages about an order are not marketing.

11

Children

Our website and products are intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We are also not responsible for the accuracy of information published on third-party sites, even where we link to it.

13

Sales, payment and shipping policies

These sections cover how equipment orders are accepted, paid for and shipped. They work together with the privacy sections above and with our Warranty Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Policies

Terms of Sale

These terms apply to equipment and spare parts sold by Shenzhen Jinghe Technology Co., Ltd. (JHIMS) to business customers. They work together with our Payment Terms, Shipping & Delivery, Warranty Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If a signed contract, a purchase agreement or an accepted proforma invoice states different terms, that document prevails over this page.

Last updated: 19 October 2026.

1. Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry, submitting a form or asking for a price creates no obligation for either side. A quotation states what is included: machine model, configuration, options, packing, shipping term and validity. Where no validity period is stated, prices are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

Images, drawings, videos and specifications on this website are for illustration and general guidance. The specification that binds both sides is the one written in your contract or proforma invoice.

2. How an order becomes binding

An order binds when we confirm it in writing and the deposit is received. Verbal agreements, chat messages and website forms are not orders until confirmed in writing.

3. Payment

Unless the contract says otherwise, payment follows the standard schedule: 70% by T/T as a deposit with the order, 30% before shipment. Repeat customers may settle by L/C at sight where agreed in writing. Bank details appear only on our official proforma invoice. Full details are on the Payment Terms page.

4. Delivery and risk

The shipping method, Incoterm and the point at which risk passes are stated in your quotation and proforma invoice. Lead time is counted from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of technical details. Details are on the Shipping & Delivery page.

5. Inspection and acceptance

Machines are inspected before shipment and we share inspection photos or video before the balance is requested. Transport damage or shortage must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos. Commissioning and acceptance at your site follow the scope agreed in the contract.

6. Warranty and returns

Complete equipment carries a 12-month warranty from the bill of lading date, with longer cover on core components as set out in the Warranty Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds follow the remedy order set out in the Return & Refund Policy: remote repair first, then parts, then replacement, then refund.

7. Title and intellectual property

Title to the equipment passes to the buyer when the full price has been paid, unless the contract states otherwise. Machine manuals, drawings, software and documentation supplied with the equipment remain the property of JHIMS or the original manufacturer and may not be redistributed for commercial use.

8. Liability

Our obligation for a defect is the remedy set out in the Warranty Policy and the Return & Refund Policy. We are not liable for loss of production, loss of profit or other indirect loss, except where the law does not allow that limitation. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

9. Governing law and disputes

Contracts are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and disputes are heard in Shenzhen, unless the signed contract provides otherwise. Before any formal step, both sides agree to try to resolve the issue through written discussion and technical review.

Payment Terms

This page explains how payment is handled for equipment bought from Shenzhen Jinghe Technology Co., Ltd. (JHIMS). It works together with our Terms of Sale, Warranty Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If a signed contract or an accepted proforma invoice states different terms, that document prevails.

Last updated: 19 October 2026.

Standard payment schedule

Unless your contract says otherwise, equipment orders follow this schedule:

  • 70% of the order value by T/T as a deposit, when the order is confirmed in writing.
  • 30% balance by T/T before shipment, once the machine has passed our pre-shipment inspection and you have received the inspection photos or video.
  • Shipping documents are released once the balance has been received, unless the contract provides otherwise.
  • Repeat customers may settle by letter of credit at sight, subject to written agreement on the order.

We do not change this 70/30 structure informally. Any other split, deferred payment or consignment arrangement must be agreed in writing before production starts.

Currency and payment methods

Quotations are issued in USD unless stated otherwise on the quotation itself. Accepted payment methods are T/T (telegraphic transfer) and, where agreed in writing, L/C at sight. Other instruments can be considered only with written approval on the specific order.

Bank details and fraud protection

Bank details are stated only on the official proforma invoice issued by Shenzhen Jinghe Technology Co., Ltd. We do not send, and never accept, changed bank details by chat message or by an email that has not been confirmed with your usual contact at JHIMS.

If you receive notice of a bank change, call the number on our contact page before paying. A payment made to an account that we did not issue on a proforma invoice is not a payment to us.

Order changes and cancellation

Deposits, order changes and cancellations are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. In short: an order binds when we confirm it in writing and the deposit is received, and any change is agreed in writing before it is acted on.

What happens after payment

  • We issue a receipt or updated proforma invoice for each payment received.
  • Pre-shipment inspection photos or video are shared before the balance is requested.
  • Warranty starts from the bill of lading date, as set out in the Warranty Policy.
  • Any shortage or transport damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos.

Questions about an invoice

Send the invoice number and a screenshot to [email protected], or call (86-755) 86700443 during 09:00–23:00 (UTC+8), Monday to Saturday. We answer within 12 working hours.

Shipping & Delivery

This page explains how equipment ordered from Shenzhen Jinghe Technology Co., Ltd. (JHIMS) is packed, shipped and documented. It works together with our Terms of Sale and Return & Refund Policy. Where a signed contract or an accepted proforma invoice states different shipping terms, that document prevails.

Last updated: 19 October 2026.

Shipping method, Incoterm and freight

The shipping method (sea freight, air freight or courier), the Incoterm and who pays the freight are stated in your quotation and proforma invoice. We choose the method with you based on machine size, weight, destination and the date you need the line running.

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are handled under the agreed Incoterm. We provide the commercial invoice and HS code you need for clearance.

Packing

Machines are packed for international transport in export packing suited to the shipping method, normally in wooden cases for sea freight. The packing list issued with your shipment lists every case, its contents and its dimensions.

If you need special packing — for example fumigation-marked wood, split cases for a narrow doorway, or moisture protection for a long sea voyage — tell us before the order is finalised so it can be included in the quotation.

Lead time

Lead time is confirmed in your quotation or proforma invoice, counted from the date the deposit is received and the technical details are confirmed. In-stock and made-to-order machines have different lead times, and any change to the specification restarts the confirmation.

We tell you before you pay if a date is at risk, rather than after the fact. If a delay is caused by us, we inform you in writing with a revised date.

Shipping documents

A shipment normally travels with a commercial invoice, a packing list, the transport document (bill of lading for sea freight, air waybill for air freight), and the machine manual. A certificate of origin or other certificates can be arranged on request; tell us at the order stage, as some take time to issue.

Originals or copies of the transport document are released once the balance has been received, unless the contract provides otherwise.

Installation, training and commissioning

Delivery of the machine is not the end of the shipment. Installation and commissioning support, remote diagnosis and operator training are covered by our After-sales Service and Technical Support pages. Tell us your site date and we plan the engineer around it.

Damage, shortage or delay in transit

  • Check the cases against the packing list before signing the delivery receipt. Note visible damage on the carrier's document if you find any.
  • Report transport damage or shortage within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the case, the packing and the machine.
  • We handle the claim with the carrier and, where replacement parts are needed, ship them under the Warranty Policy.
  • You can follow the status of an order on the Order Tracking page.

Questions about a shipment

Send the order or invoice number to [email protected], or call (86-755) 86700443 during 09:00–23:00 (UTC+8), Monday to Saturday. Line-down situations are answered first.
