Global Partners · Distribution & Service Network
Local Presence, Shared Engineering
Shenzhen Jinghe Technology Co., Ltd. serves customers in more than 30 countries — directly from our Shenzhen factory and through distributors, agents, service partners and line integrators who work with us on the ground. We also distribute Yamaha pick-and-place machines and partner with other leading SMT brands, so a partner can offer a complete line rather than a single machine.
Four Ways to Work With Us
A partnership with us is not one template handed to everyone. Depending on your market, your technical team and the customers you already serve, we agree on one of four working models — and every one of them keeps the engineering responsibility on our side.
Which one is you? Sell equipment only → Authorized Distributor · Sell and service locally → Regional Service Partner · Build complete production lines → Line Integrator · Supply under your own brand or add established SMT brands → Brand & Supply Partner. Most partners start with one model and add others as their team grows.
What we believe: that a distributor should be able to sell with confidence because the factory stands behind the product, not because the margin is high. We would rather sign one partner who will still be selling our machines in ten years than ten who will be gone in two.
Support Behind the Scenes
The difference between a distributor and a re-seller is what happens when a customer has a problem. These three commitments are the same for every partner we sign.
Your technical questions go to the engineers who designed and built the machine — first reply within 12 working hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–23:00 China Standard Time, UTC+8), by message, call or video. When a customer’s machine is down, it is escalated immediately: remote support for a stopped machine runs 24/7, so your customer is not waiting for the next working day. On-site service is quoted per visit and per country before you commit, so you can price it into your customer’s contract instead of absorbing it.
Original spare parts are dispatched within 48 hours by DHL or FedEx, with a recommended starter kit for every machine. Legacy model parts stay available after a model is discontinued.
English operation manuals, installation and commissioning guidance, operator training material and technical documentation — so your team can demonstrate and support the equipment locally.
From First Contact to First Order
A straightforward sequence, no intermediary layers and no mystery about who decides what.
How long does it take? Steps 1–3 move at your pace — there is no queue to join and no tender cycle. Once an order is confirmed, standard machines ship in our normal 30–45 day production slot (45–60 days for custom configurations), and we send weekly progress updates.
Tell us your market, the customers you already serve and the equipment you would like to offer. We will tell you honestly whether we are a good fit.
Product range, territory, pricing structure and the support you need. Non-disclosure agreements are signed at this stage whenever a partner requires it.
Territory and terms confirmed in writing, then your team is onboarded — product training, documentation and a named contact in Shenzhen.
Visit our factory, or we arrange a live production test with your customer’s parameters so you can demonstrate with evidence rather than a brochure.
Production slot, pre-shipment inspection and delivery — followed by the warranty, spare parts and engineering support that keep the account alive.
Who We Sign With
We are a manufacturer, not a trading company, and we look for partners who want to build a technical business rather than win a single tender.
You do not need an engineer on staff. Our engineers back you up remotely and we train your team, so installation and commissioning can be done with us on the video call. What helps is one technician who can be on site, or a local service partner you already work with. Plenty of our partners start with sales and add service capability later.
Electronics manufacturers, EMS providers or industrial accounts you already supply — and a clear idea of which of our machines fits them.
Spare parts, upgrades and second and third machines are where a partnership pays off. We plan for years, not for one shipment.
Someone who can talk to both the customer’s engineers and its purchasing department — and who tells us when something is wrong before the customer does.
Working Together
Factory visits, joint commissioning and operator training — the everyday work of a distribution network that spans more than 30 countries.

Commissioning and operator training with our engineersExclusive or non-exclusive rights, defined by country, region or customer segment — written into the agreement instead of being left to interpretation.
Your contact in Shenzhen follows the order from quotation through production, inspection, shipping and after-sales — the same person from start to finish.
Questions
What prospective partners ask us before we sign anything.
We do, where the market justifies it — typically for a partner who commits to a volume plan, holds technical capability and represents our equipment properly. Territory, exclusivity and volume expectations are agreed in writing before the first order, so neither side is guessing later.
Yes, and most of our partners do. We distribute Yamaha pick-and-place machines and work with other SMT brands, so a partner can build a complete line for a customer. Our only requirement is that the customer knows which company is responsible for the machine we supply.
Product training for your engineers and sales team — in Shenzhen or remotely — plus English operation manuals, installation and commissioning guidance, spare parts lists and technical documentation for the machines you take on.
You receive a written partner price list before your first order, so you can quote your customers from day one instead of asking us each time. Your margin depends on territory, volume and the model mix — all three are put in writing with the price list, and the terms stay stable for the agreed period. Payment terms follow our standard export conditions: 70% T/T deposit with the order and 30% T/T before shipment, with L/C at sight available for established customers.
Next Step
Tell us about your market and we will reply with a straight answer, a view on your territory and the next steps. Send us these four details — we reply within one working day.
Working hours Monday to Saturday, 09:00–23:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8). Factory visits and live machine demonstrations can be arranged for serious partners at any stage.
