Who is Jinghe?
Jinghe Technology is a Shenzhen-based manufacturer of production equipment and automation systems. Since 2012 we have built, tested and shipped our own machines from a 3,000 m² factory under ISO 9001:2015, to 2,456+ customers in more than 30 countries.
What happens if a machine breaks down after delivery?
Every machine ships with a 12-month whole-machine warranty and 15 months on key components. An engineer replies within 12 working hours (Mon-Sat, 09:00-23:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8)); remote diagnostics run 24/7, and overseas on-site service is available when the fault needs hands on the machine.
How long does delivery take?
Standard machines ship in 30–45 days from order confirmation; custom configurations take 45–60 days depending on complexity. You get a confirmed production schedule with the order and weekly progress updates.
How do we pay?
Standard export terms: 70% T/T deposit with the order and 30% before shipment. L/C at sight is available for established customers. Terms are written into the contract before production starts.
Can we see a machine running before we buy?
Yes — visit our Shenzhen factory and demo room by appointment. Send your dates and we will confirm. If travel is not practical, ask for a live video walkthrough of the exact model you are considering.
